Arden Park Development – MEL Boutique Apartments

10 Aug Arden Park Development – MEL Boutique Apartments

Although the Arden Park development is yet to open, anticipation is building over the stylish and modern boutique apartments just a stone’s throw away from the Melbourne City Centre and Queen Victoria Markets. Surrounded by cafes and eateries, the Arden Park development has appeal inside and out.

Those who enter one of the 1, 2 or 3-bedroom apartments will immediately recognise that the apartment’s interior reflects the sleek and modern design of the building’s exterior. The geometric design of the exterior also has a major presence in the residency’s interior design. Perfectly spaced cabins with congruently designed appliances and spacing throughout the kitchen maintain the apartment’s modern feel.

The even-spacing and overall geometric design continues into the bathroom with the perfect box design of the sink, mirror cabinet and shower space. The flurry of right angles are broken up only by the sleek, curved design of the toilet. The flooring and walls of the bathroom carry a grey marble tone in colour, balanced out by the white ceiling and dark-brown coloured sink cabinet and mirror frames. This colour combination corresponds perfectly with the building’s exterior.

The rest of the apartment, however, hosts lighter tones to make the most of the natural light flooding in through expansive windows and sliding doors. The frames of the doors and windows contain that same dark brown tone and the flooring is similar to the titles found in the bathroom. The walls, however, hold a solid white tone that is balanced by the crème colours found in the elegant but modern furniture. The apartment’s designers also used wooden frames to dictate the rest of the residence’s interior, adding polished wooden furnishings such as a coffee table, balcony table and chairs.

Arden Park Development – More on the décor

While much of the apartment boasts geometric designs that correspond to the building’s overall look, the designers took the opportunity to use the art décor to inject some chaos and complexity by using expressionist paintings that draw the eye while complimenting the apartment’s overall interior design perfectly.
